If you're experiencing financial hardship, you’re not alone

Life is unpredictable and things don’t always go the way you plan. Financial hardship can happen to anyone and for many
different reasons such as: losing your job, being unable to work for medical reasons or a relationship breakdown.

At ANZ, we understand that when you’re experiencing financial difficulties it can be overwhelming. Here you’ll find information
about ways we may be able to provide financial hardship assistance, to help you through difficult times.

Am I in financial hardship?

Hardship can affect people in different ways. We may be able to provide you with hardship assistance depending on your circumstances.

Do any of these apply to you?
  • Have you lost your job recently?
  • Have you recently experienced a reduction in income?

  • Has a relationship breakdown made it difficult for you to meet your financial commitments?
  • Has a natural disaster affected your income or household situation?
  • Have you recently experienced an unforeseen significant event that affects your finances?
Yes, some of these apply to me
