ANZ National (Int'l) Limited (ANZNIL) is a private company limited by shares and is wholly owned by ANZ National Bank Limited. The principal activities of ANZNIL include the provision of funding facilities to ANZ National Bank Limited and wholesale financing, including issuance of US Commercial Paper, Euro-Commercial Paper, US Medium-Term Notes and Euro Medium-Term Notes.
The registered office of ANZNIL is located at level 6, 1 Victoria Street, Wellington, New Zealand. ANZNIL's activities are currently conducted through its London branch.
