The OnePath business has operated in New Zealand since 1989. It began under the name Armstrong Jones and in 1996 became part of the global ING Group, one of the world’s largest financial services companies. In 2002, the business became a joint venture between ING Group and ANZ Group (operating under the ING brand). In 2009, the business became fully owned by ANZ, and re-branded to become OnePath in 2010.
