The General Disclosure Statement of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (New Zealand Branch) is a detailed disclosure of financial position and is issued under Reserve Bank of New Zealand requirements.
It mainly comprises the financial results of ANZ National and all its subsidiaries, but also includes its parent company ANZ Holdings (New Zealand) Limited, the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (New Zealand Branch) and also other smaller New Zealand subsidiaries of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited.
