If time isn't an issue, you can send an international bank draft in the currency of the receiver's country. This is similar to sending a cheque and is a widely accepted means of sending funds.
A bank draft must be deposited into a bank account. You should therefore check that the recipient does indeed have the bank account where the draft can be deposited.
You can order an International Bank Draft via:

Take the International Bank Draft to your nearest:
Our friendly staff will advise you of your options. Drafts can be deposited to your account and some may be cashed.
