Changes to ANZ Direct Online Conditions of Use
We’re making some changes to the ANZ Direct Online Conditions of Use which will take effect on 14 November 2016.
We are making changes to the way we process domestic payments to support improvements being made across the New Zealand banking industry. We're updating the Conditions of Use to reflect these changes. Below is a summary of the changes we're making on ANZ Direct Online:
- Domestic batches will now be processed immediately (previously were processed hourly).
- Funds checking will apply on domestic batches once the batch is released to ANZ for processing.
- Domestic batches that are setup with a future date will be processed at 7:00am (previously 9:00am) on the day they are due.
- Introduce the ability to re-release a failed batch without requiring authorisation (provided there are no changes to the batch).
- Removal of the ability to stop batches due on the same day once they are released for processing.
- Enhanced online security.
For more information about any of these changes visit the “What’s New” page in ANZ Direct Online.
