How long does it take to reflect the updated details?

It may take up to 24–48 hours to process your update details request.

  • The details to be update within your ANZ Internet Banking will be done immediately. E.g. ANZ Internet Banking password resets, updating the Pay Anyone payee lists, etc.
  • The details to be updated within ANZ system may take up to 24 – 48 hours to be updated. E.g. change your address, link/de-link accounts from ANZ Internet Banking, etc.
How are my requests processed if the details need to be updated within ANZ system?

The details requiring updates within ANZ system will be notified to us via a SecureMail.

  • An ANZ Customer Service Consultant will then process you request as per your instructions and send you a confirmation once it is actioned.
  • It may thus take up to 24–48 bank business hours to process your request.
What is a SecureMail?

A SecureMail is an email service that enables you to send account information and enquiries to us in a confidential and secure manner.

  • Your message will automatically include your ANZ Internet Banking CRN, so that we can identify you and answer your enquiry as promptly as possible.
How can I contact ANZ Internet Banking?

You can contact our ANZ Internet Banking team on 0800 368 524 (International callers: +64 4 473 0370), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Alternatively, you may send your questions or enquiries via a SecureMail, which can be accessed from the "SecureMail" menu within ANZ Internet Banking.
What do I do if I have to update my details immediately?

If you believe that the details need to be updated immediately, you can contact ANZ Phone Direct on 0800 103 123 (International callers: +64 4 472 7123), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • For ANZ Internet Banking related enquiries, please contact ANZ Internet Banking team on 0800 368 524 (International callers: +64 4 473 0370), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Can I change my address via ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. You can update your address in one of the following three ways:

Option 1 - Via ANZ Internet Banking

  • Log on to ANZ Internet Banking
  • Go to the "Update Details" menu
  • Select the "Change personal address/contact details" link
  • Update your current address and contact details.

Option 2 - Over the phone

  • You can contact ANZ Phone Direct on 0800 103 123 (International callers: +64 4 472 7123), 24 hours a day, seven days a week to update your address and contact details.

Option 3 - Visit your local Branch

  • You can also visit your local ANZ branch to update your personal and business address.
  • If you are a third party signatory on your business account, we will not be able to update your address on the business account via ANZ Internet Banking or over the phone. Please visit your local branch to update your address.
Can I change the way my accounts appear in ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes. You can change the order the accounts appear in ANZ Internet Banking and also rename of the accounts linked to your ANZ Internet Banking via the "Customise my accounts" link under the "Update details" menu.

  • These details will be updated immediately within the same ANZ Internet Banking session.
