ANZ Go Account is an account that enables you to avoid monthly account and transaction fees when you do your banking electronically.

Electronic transaction fees

No fee to make transactions via the following channels:

  • ANZ and National Bank ATMs (although fees apply for using non ANZ/National Bank ATMs)
  • EFTPOS
  • ANZ Internet Banking (including any Pay Anyone or recurring payments set up or amended online)
  • ANZ Phone Direct.
Manual transaction fees
A $3 manual transaction fee applies. This applies to cheques and transactions that generally require ANZ staff assistance in-branch or via the contact centre.
Overdraft

An ANZ Overdraft is available on application*.

It is a requirement of the ANZ Go Account to be registered for ANZ Internet Banking. 

Your statements will be delivered electronically via ANZ Internet Banking once this function is available. Until electronic statements are available, paper statements will be provided at no charge. It is a condition of the ANZ Go Account that you register for ANZ Internet Banking. If you have not registered for ANZ Internet Banking when electronic statements are available or you would like to continue to receive paper statements, a $3 paper statement fee will apply each month.
