The ANZ Youth Account gives young people, aged less than 18 years or still at school, everything they need to get their finances started. Account restrictions may apply depending on your age. Talk to us to find out more.

Fees and charges
ANZ Youth Account holders are exempt from all normal account and transaction fees*.
Interest rates

Interest is earned from the first dollar deposited. It is calculated on the daily balance and paid monthly on the account's key date**.

Eligibility
The ANZ Youth Account is available to New Zealand residents under 18 years old or still at school.
Access

Round the clock access via various channels:

ANZ Youth Account holders must be thirteen years of age or over to have full access via these channels (or if aged seven to under thirteen years of age, written authority from a parent or guardian is required).
