ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loan

With an ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loan your interest rate stays the same for the term of your fixed rate or for your fixed rate period. You’re protected from interest rate rises and you know exactly what your home loan repayments will be.

An ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loan might suit you if:

  • You want the certainty of repayments that won’t change (especially if you’re on a tight budget);

  • You don’t want to worry about changes in interest rates, or;

  • You think interest rates will rise and you want to lock in a current rate.
