For lump sum contributions, make payments by any of the methods described below.

Required information for any lump sum contribution
When you make a payment by any of the above methods please include the following information:
- your surname
- your date of birth in the following format – DDMMYYYY
- one of either: your IRD number, your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme investor number, or your ANZ customer number.
If you don't provide us with correct details, we will be unable to credit your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme account with the amount you pay.
ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme forms
Use this form to manage your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme, including:
- switch your investment balance from one fund to another within the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme;
- update your details;
- confirm your identity and residential address.
A KiwiSaver significant hardship withdrawal is only available as a last resort to members who are unable to meet their minimum living expenses and have exhausted other avenues for funding. The Ministry of Economic Developments website offers some useful resources that may assist with any financial difficulties you may be experiencing.
