ANZ Managed Investment Funds - Investments & advice

ANZ Managed Investment Funds

ANZ Managed Investment Funds are professionally managed Unit Trusts that spread your investment across a wide range of assets.

With five funds to choose from, ANZ Managed Investment Funds are designed to offer an investment choice to suit the needs of investors with different attitudes to risk.

Once you’ve selected the fund that best suits your needs, your money will be pooled with other investors and spread across a range of income (cash and fixed interest), growth assets (shares, property and other assets). Because these funds invest across a range of assets, you have the potential to achieve higher returns than standard savings or deposit accounts over the long term.

Contributions start from as little as $25 per fortnight or you can make an initial investment of $1,000 (which can be split between funds with a minimum of $500 per fund). Additional lump sum investments of $500 per fund can also be made.

ANZ Managed Investment Funds are managed by one of New Zealand’s leading fund managers, ING (NZ) Limited.

Special features

  • Investment is diversified across shares, listed property, fixed interest investments, cash and other assets in varying levels.
  • ANZ Managed Investment Funds are Portfolio Investment Entities (PIEs), which means that tax on your investments will be capped at 30%*.

Value of investment

  • All funds are generally valued daily on each business day.
  • Unit prices are available online.

With ANZ Managed Investment Funds, you have a choice of five different funds to invest in.  Each fund invests in a different mix of assets and has different levels of potential return.

A description of each fund and its benchmark allocation to each asset class is set out below.  The benchmark is each fund’s long-term target allocation to each asset class.
