ANZ does not charge you to log on, check your balances, and view your transaction history or create, amend or delete payments in ANZ Internet Banking. However, transactions completed via ANZ Internet Banking may be subject to transaction fees.
Internet Banking transactions are electronic transactions, such as those transactions completed via ATM, EFTPOS and ANZ Phone Banking.
Transactions via ANZ Internet Banking (including a transfer from one account to another and bill payments) are included in your account's monthly free transaction limit. You will be charged for any transactions in excess of this limit.
Depending on how you access the Internet, you may also incur normal telephone and Internet access charges, in addition to the fees charged by ANZ.
