Pay Anyone lets you pay friends, staff and colleagues on the spot by transferring money directly into their New Zealand bank account.
For example, let's say you're out for dinner with a group and the restaurant has a "one bill per table" policy. Your friend says she'll pay, so you simply use M-Banking to transfer your share of the bill directly into her account with no waiting, no hassles and no worries.
Set up an Account Alert for any of your linked accounts and we'll TXT you your up-to-date account balance, plus your last five transactions.
It's a great way to check if you've been paid, or for a regular reminder of how much is in your account.
You can check your own linked account numbers quickly and easily on your mobile phone.
This can be really handy when you're filling out forms, shopping online, or when someone else wants to make a person to person payment to you!
M-Banking offers the same high level of security as ANZ Internet Banking, using 128-bit encryption to code all information as it's exchanged.
In a way, M-Banking is even more secure than online banking, as you can only access your accounts when you have your password and your mobile phone, as no-one can access your account information from any other handset.
Of course, if your phone is ever lost or stolen we can suspend your access to M-Banking at any time:
To use M-Banking you'll need a phone that is Java-enabled.
