- The ANZ PIX card card is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Everyday Accounts General Terms and Conditions, which includes Terms and Conditions specific to ANZ ATM-EFTPOS Cards.
- The ANZ PIX card remains the property of ANZ and you agree to return it if asked, or if the accounts accessed by the ANZ PIX card are closed.
- You warrant that you are the actual owner of the image or you have obtained consent from the image's owner to use the image on the ANZ PIX card. ANZ may require evidence of the image owner's consent or of your ownership of the image. You consent, or you shall obtain consent from the image's owner, to ANZ storing, modifying, copying or using the image. ANZ may also require evidence of this consent.
- All copyright and intellectual property rights in the ANZ PIX card service vest in ANZ (excluding the image). You shall not reproduce any of ANZ's intellectual property without ANZ's consent.
- You agree not to submit any picture which does not follow the image guidelines.
- ANZ reserves the right to not accept or use any image you submit.
- You shall indemnify ANZ against any claims arising or loss suffered by ANZ as a result of the image being used on the ANZ PIX card or ANZ storing, modifying, copying or using the image.
- ANZ's liability in respect of the ANZ PIX card service is limited to refunding the ANZ PIX card fee. ANZ is not responsible for poor quality images on ANZ PIX cards.
- If you require a replacement ANZ PIX card , a new ANZ PIX card can be issued using the same image or another image you may upload.
- These Terms and Conditions may be varied by ANZ at any time by giving 14 days notice of such changes either by advising you in writing or by displaying in all branches and by public notice. Changes will also be noted on our Website
