ANZ Forward Start

ANZ Forward Start enables you to book a fixed interest rate in advance up to a year before you need your funds, or your current loan matures. This gives you the ability to lock in a good interest rate to hedge against the chance interest rates will go up, and have the security of being able to plan your repayments.

• Book up to one year in advance
• Offers the security of being able to plan ahead for your loan repayments
• Once you have booked an ANZ Forward Start loan, it is binding
• Penalties may apply if you do not draw down the loan for any reason.
