Getting set up is easy

Download the ANZ goMoney app from your app store, or complete the online registration form for ANZ Internet Banking. Then with one call to 0800 269 296 we can set you up so you can do your regular banking online anywhere, anytime. 

For ANZ Automated Phone Banking, just give us a call on 0800 269 296 and we can set you up with a PIN and Voice ID. It’s as easy as that!

Is online and phone banking safe?

We help protect your banking with a range of security and technology measures, including mobile payment security that meets international standards and best practice. 

We also provide services such as Online Code and Voice ID, to help protect you from the risk of identity fraud. We recommend you register for both so we can help keep you safe.

You can take care of most of your regular banking needs using our online and phone banking self-service options. Plus, our Smart ATMs are there when you need to deposit cash into your account.

How to register for online and phone banking

Getting set up

Getting the ANZ goMoney app is easy. You just need a compatible Apple or Android device.

1. Install

Search for ‘ANZ goMoney NZ’ in the Google Play Store or App Store and install.



2. Register

If you are registering for ANZ goMoney for the first time:

  • Open the app and complete the registration form for ANZ Internet Banking and ANZ goMoney (which includes setting up a password). You'll be given a reference number to quote when you call us to complete your registration
  • Once activated, you'll be able to log on by entering your Customer Number and password, then choose a PIN. 

If you're already registered for ANZ goMoney on a different device, OR are registered for ANZ Internet Banking:

  • Simply log on using your Customer Number and password.

FAQs

I’ve forgotten my Customer Number. Where can I find it?

Your Customer Number is unique to you and can be found printed on the back of most ANZ credit and debit cards. If you can’t find it, please call us on 0800 269 296.

I’m already registered for ANZ goMoney, but I’ve forgotten my PIN. How can I reset my PIN?

Simply open the ANZ goMoney app and click on ‘Menu’ and then ‘Forgot my PIN’. Follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
