With the goMoney mobile app you can also:
- Manage your personal ANZ EFTPOS, Visa Debit or credit cards by setting a temporary block, reporting your card lost or stolen and ordering a replacement, and setting or changing your card PIN. You can also find out who may have your personal Visa Debit or credit card details stored with Card Tracker.
- Save paper by choosing to switch off your paper statements, some exceptions apply. You’ll still be able to access up to 7 years’ worth of account and tax statements online. Simply go to the Menu, select ‘Your Documents’ and then ‘Statement options’.
- Download and print a Proof of Account document, which provides proof of your active account for some Government organisations. Find out how to download a proof of account document.
- Apply for new everyday and savings accounts, personal loans, home loans, debit and credit cards, term deposits and KiwiSaver.
- Manage your home loan with ease. From applying for a top-up, or making extra payments to your floating home loan, to re-fixing your fixed rate home loan when it comes up for renewal.
- Make a payment to someone overseas using an International Money Transfer.

- If you're not an ANZ customer, you can join the fast way using the goMoney app. Find out how to join ANZ.
- Select light or dark mode in ‘Settings’ so you can choose the appearance that works best for you.
- See messages within goMoney, that may include tips or tailored information to help you manage your banking and financial wellbeing.
How to register
Getting the ANZ goMoney app is easy, all you need is an Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch running iOS 15.0 (or above), or an Android phone or tablet running Android operating system version 8.0 (or above).
1. Install
Search for 'ANZ goMoney New Zealand' in the App Store or Google Play Store and install.
2. Register
Already registered for Internet Banking?
Log on using your ANZ customer number and password. Have your mobile phone with you as you’ll be prompted to enter your OnlineCode, followed by setting up your goMoney PIN.
Already have goMoney on another device?
Log on using your ANZ customer number and password. Have your mobile phone with you as you’ll be prompted to enter your OnlineCode, followed by using your existing goMoney PIN. Remember to never share your PIN with anyone.
New to goMoney and Internet Banking?
Open the app and complete the registration form for goMoney and Internet Banking (which includes setting up a password). Note down the reference number at the end.
Call us on 0800 269 296 (+64 4 470 3142 from overseas, charges may apply) and quote your reference number. We’ll confirm your identity and set you up.
Once activated, you’ll be able to log on by entering your customer number and password, then choose a PIN.

Security in goMoney
The safety and security of your money is our top priority. We have many layers of security to protect goMoney, for example:
- Secure login using your four-digit password or biometric data (i.e. your fingerprint or face recognition on eligible devices)
- OnlineCode and Voice ID that act as second layers of protection
- 24/7 fraud monitoring, reviewing banking activity for potentially suspicious or fraudulent activity or behaviour
- We collect information about your device and how you interact with it when you use goMoney, for example how you swipe, scroll and type. This helps us to detect fraud, including remote access scams, or a login from someone that isn’t you.
