Empowerment Award

For empowering women in the workplace. Embracing and accepting the positive influence of a gender balanced workforce involves acknowledging pay equity, mutually available career pipelines, promotions and governance positions for all. Acknowledging the impact of having a family on both genders and altering working conditions accordingly creates loyal, empowered, productive employees.

Supreme YWCA Equal Pay Award

ANZ NZ was awarded the Supreme YWCA Equal Pay Award in 2015 and 2016 and we continue to progress in this area, acknowledged by ANZ receiving the YWCA Compact award in 2017, which signifies our continued commitment to equal pay best practice. YWCA Equal Pay Awards recognise business leaders who champion equal pay within their organisations, those who step forward and be counted to become thought leaders, and help create a fairer future for everyone.

White Camellia Supreme Award

ANZ NZ are proud recipients of the 2016 and 2018 White Camellia Supreme Award, which celebrates organisational commitment to the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
