We can help you bank from home with a range of easy and convenient online and phone banking self-service options. 

Getting set up is easy

Download the ANZ goMoney app from your app store, or complete the online registration form for ANZ Internet Banking. Then with one call to 0800 269 296 we can set you up so you can do your regular banking online anywhere, anytime. 

For ANZ Automated Phone Banking, just give us a call on 0800 269 296 and we can set you up with a PIN and Voice ID. It’s as easy as that!

Is online and phone banking safe?

We help protect your banking with a range of security and technology measures, including mobile payment security that meets international standards and best practice. 

We also provide services such as Online Code and Voice ID, to help protect you from the risk of identity fraud. We recommend you register for both so we can help keep you safe. 

We’re committed to helping keep your banking safe, and you have a role to play too.

What can I use online and phone banking for?

You can take care of most of your regular banking needs using our online and phone banking self-service options. Plus, our Smart ATMs or Fast Deposit Boxes are there when you need to deposit cash or cheques into your account.

We also have ANZ Fast Deposit Boxes which are a contactless option for depositing cash (up to $9,999.99) and cheques. You can either place your cash and cheques in a Fast Deposit Envelope or Bag and drop it into one of our secure drop boxes. Please note there are different requirements for using a Fast Deposit Envelope or Bag.

* We don’t charge you a fee to use other banks’ ATMs, so you can choose any ATM that’s convenient to you.
