Part of our long-term approach is ensuring that we take a wider view when making investment decisions. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors are increasingly important drivers of long-term returns and the appointment of our new Head of Responsible Investment, Helen Skinner, recognises that. In this edition we introduce Helen and explain why responsible investing is so critical to long-term performance. 

Another example of our long-term perspective is our enduring support of Daffodil Day, the Cancer Society’s main annual fundraising event.
