A. The ANZ ’Win a share of $10,000’ Prize Draw Competition commences on Friday 3 May 2019 at 12.01am and ends at 11.59pm on Sunday 18 August 2019.
B. Information on how to enter the Prize Draw is set out under these terms and conditions. Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
C. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents, and any person living in New Zealand with a valid visa, who meet the eligibility criteria.
D. To be eligible to win a Prize you must either:
i. Have an existing ANZ Serious Saver account, ANZ Online account or investment in the ANZ PIE Fund – Call Option; AND
ii. Deposit or invest at least $20 into this account or PIE Fund investment at any time between 12.01am Friday 3 May 2019 and 11.59pm Sunday 18 August 2019;
i. Apply for a new ANZ Serious Saver account, ANZ Online account or investment in the ANZ PIE Fund – Call Option between 12.01am Friday 3 May 2019 and 11.59pm Sunday 21 July 2019; AND
ii. Complete all our account or investment opening requirements, including visiting an ANZ branch with a valid form of ID (such as a passport or national ID card) to verify your identity, a statement with your current address to verify your address once your account or investment has been set up and your PIR and your IRD number (for investments in the ANZ PIE Fund), before 5.00pm Sunday 18 August 2019; AND
iii. Deposit at least $20 into your new ANZ account or PIE Fund investment any time between 12.01am Friday 3 May 2019 and 11.59pm Sunday 18 August 2019.
E. The account or investment may be held individually or jointly, but it cannot be held in a trust for another person. For joint accounts or investments – each individual will be eligible for the draw.
F. Entry is limited to one per person.
G. Staff, their immediate families and agents of ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (“ANZ”) and its related companies, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
H. The ‘Prize’ is one (1) of ten (10) payments of $1,000 paid into the winner’s ANZ Serious Saver account, ANZ Online account or investment in the ANZ PIE Fund – Call Option.
I. The first ten (10) entries drawn that comply with these Terms and Conditions will win a Prize.
J. The Prize Draw will take place the week commencing 26 August 2019 and the winners will be notified by email or telephone. If three reasonable attempts to contact each of the winners have been made and a winner is still not able to be contacted, the Prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
K. ANZ’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
L. ANZ may change, extend, amend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
M. The information that you provide to enter this competition will be held by ANZ and will be used for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw. You have the right to access and request correction of this information.
N. ANZ shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered in connection with the Prize Draw, the taking or using of the Prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of ANZ or any of their associated agencies, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
O. By claiming a Prize, the winners consent to ANZ making use of their name(s) and/or photograph(s) for publicity purposes as determined by ANZ.
P. The Promoter is ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited.
