No matter where you are this summer, here are the easy and convenient ways you can bank with us over the holidays.
Banking during the holidays
Branches
Some of our branches will be closed during the holiday period – see the list below for locations and dates (inclusive) of holiday closures. Outside of these dates our branches will be open for normal hours, check our branch locator tool for your nearest branch’s hours.
Digital banking
Remember, you can do your banking from wherever you are this summer with our easy and convenient options, including our ANZ goMoney mobile app, ANZ Internet Banking and ANZ Phone Banking (0800 103 123) – see our online guides for more information or find out how to register.
Contact Centre
Our Contact Centre is available 6am –12 midnight, 7 days a week (yes, even Christmas day!), and you can also stay in touch with us on Facebook (ANZ New Zealand) or Twitter (@ANZ_NZ).

Unite against COVID-19
We all want to have a great summer, so let’s do our best to protect ourselves and others against COVID-19. There are just three things to remember:
- Wash your hands frequently
- Use the NZ COVID Tracer app, and turn on the recommended Bluetooth tracing if you have a compatible device
- Stay home if you’re sick, or isolate wherever you are, and call Healthline about a free test.

Payments over the public holiday period
Over the festive season your future-dated and scheduled payments may be processed on different days than normal.
You can delete, skip or amend your future-dated and scheduled payments and if you do this through ANZ goMoney, ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Phone Banking, it's free. Check out our handy online guides to find out how to manage your payments. Otherwise your payments will be processed on the next business day.
Be wary of fraudsters and keep safe
Stay alert for fraudsters these holidays. Watch out for unusual emails and text messages – don’t click on links or download attachments. Hang up if you get an unusual phone call – don’t give them remote access to your devices, or any of your personal or banking information.
