By using the ANZ Staff Foundation Hub to make an application for funding, you agree that we may collect, use, disclose and store information about you and your charity, and information related to your funding application according to our Privacy Statement, which is expressly incorporated into these terms and conditions. This includes your contact information, application details including any supporting documentation on how the funding will be used.
This information will be shared with our external auditors to meet our audit requirements:
- To show successful applications contained all required information, including accounts;
- To show that a member of the Staff Foundation Advisory Board or administrative team contacted successful charities to conduct a further review of the charity and the project funding was applied for, including contacting the charity's referee;
- To show proof of spend matched the donation's purpose and donation amount, and that accountability documentation was collected and reviewed by the required due dates.
If you do not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information outlined in this section through the ANZ Staff Foundation Hub, you should stop using the ANZ Staff Foundation Hub as applicable.
