The promoter and organiser of the Promotion is ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, whose registered address is ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland 1010, (the “Promoter”).

The ANZ and Visa competition (the “Promotion”) commences at 9am on Monday 15 June 2026 and closes 11.59pm on Wednesday 1 July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

To enter a prize draw you must enter your first name, last name, email address and phone number on the promotional web page http://comms.anz.co.nz/afc.

The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents or citizens aged 18 or above. Employees of ANZ, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion aren’t eligible to enter. Entry is limited to one entry per person and is an exclusive offer by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) and Visa New Zealand for ANZ customers only.

Incomplete or unreadable entries, any entries that infringe the intellectual property right of third parties, that are plagiarised, offensive otherwise deemed inappropriate by ANZ, and entries that don’t comply with these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of ANZ.

• There is one prize that consists of four (4) tickets to the Tottenham Hotspur vs Auckland FC match, scheduled to take place at Eden Park on Sunday 26 July, 2026. Also includes four (4) pitch side passes to watch the pre-match warm-up.
• There are ten (10) prizes consisting of two (2) tickets to Tottenham Hotspur vs Auckland FC, scheduled to take place on 26 July 2026. Tickets are issued for the same match date and time and must be used together. No substitution, transfer, or cash alternative is available.

Prize winners need to make their own way to the match. No travel or accommodation will be provided as part of the prize.

We will randomly select eleven (11) winners at 10am on Friday 3 July that complies with these terms and conditions. We will notify the prize winners by phone. If we haven’t heard back from the prize winner within 48 hours of contacting them the prize will be deemed forfeited and we will select another winner. The tickets will be provided electronically to the winners before the match.

All tickets are issued subject to Ticketek’s Ticket Terms and Conditions ("Ticket Conditions") which apply to the possession and use of tickets. The winners of the prize will be required to comply with the Ticket Conditions.

We will hold all entrants’ personal information and may use such information to administer the Promotion. You can access and correct personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.

The winners take the prize entirely at their own risk and releases ANZ from any claim, including damages, in connection with the prize draw or the prize.

ANZ accepts no responsibility for any entries that fail to reach us by the closing date for any reason.

Our decisions on all matters regarding the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We reserve the right to extend, discontinue or change the prize draw at any stage.
