The Offer
1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the offer of a one-off $100 (NZ dollars) contribution (the Offer) made available to all customers that join the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme. By taking part in the Offer, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Offer is made only in New Zealand by ANZ New Zealand Investments Limited (“ANZ Investments”), with its registered office at Ground Floor, ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland, New Zealand. The Offer is a promotion made available to all customers who apply to join the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme by 11.59 pm Sunday 12 July 2026 (“Eligible Customers”).
In these Terms “you” or “your” refers to Eligible Customers.
Offer conditions
3. In order for you to receive the $100 contribution your application to join the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme must be submitted by 11.59 pm Sunday 12 July 2026 and accepted by ANZ Investments. You also need to be holding your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme account at the time ANZ Investments makes payment of the $100 contribution.
Payment terms
4. The $100 contribution will be paid within 30 days of your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme account being opened.
5. The $100 will only be paid as a one-off contribution to your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme account. This will show in your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme account as a voluntary contribution. As a contribution, the $100 cannot be freely withdrawn. To withdraw any funds from your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme account, you must be eligible to withdraw and complete and submit a withdrawal application form.
General terms
6. ANZ Investments may, in its absolute discretion and for any reason whatsoever, accept, reject or postpone the processing of any application for membership of the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme. Scheme terms and conditions apply and these are referred to in the application form contained in, respectively, the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme product disclosure statement (PDF 809KB) or the OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme product disclosure statement (PDF 906.3KB). ANZ Investments will refund any funds received in respect of rejected applications as soon as practicable, without any interest applied to those funds.
7. If ANZ Investments determines in its sole discretion that you have failed to comply with these Terms in any way, ANZ Investments may take any action it considers appropriate, including electing not to pay the $100 into your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme account, and excluding you from further participation in this Offer or any future similar promotions ANZ Investments may run.
8. In respect of any dispute regarding the Offer or the payment of the $100 to your ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme account, ANZ Investments’ decision is final.
9. By taking part in the Offer, you acknowledge that in making this Offer to you, ANZ Investments has not made any recommendations and has not given any opinions or financial advice as to the suitability of the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme, OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme or any if their funds for you. You should make your own assessment about whether becoming a member of the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme is suitable for you and seek professional financial advice if you are unsure. 10. ANZ Investments, its agents and employees, and any companies related to ANZ Investments including ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, are not liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with this Offer.
11. No claim may be made against ANZ Investments, its agents and employees, and any companies related to ANZ Investments including ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, in connection with any extension, change or termination ANZ Investments may make to any of the Terms of this Offer.
12. All personal information that you provide to ANZ Investments when you apply to join the ANZ KiwiSaver Scheme or OneAnswer KiwiSaver Scheme (in order to become eligible this Offer) will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the ANZ Privacy Statement.
