ANZ Silver Ferns ultimate netball experience terms and conditions

By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promoter and organiser of the Promotion is ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, whose registered address is ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland 1010 (‘ANZ’).

The ANZ Silver Ferns ultimate netball experience competition (the ‘Promotion’) commences at 9am on Monday, 5 October 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday, 11 October 2026.

To enter the Promotion you must comment on our prize post on Facebook, and comment who you’d like to go with.  Your comment must remain visible until the draw date.

The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents or citizens aged 18 or above. Employees of ANZ, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion aren’t eligible to enter.  Entry is limited to one entry per person.

Incomplete entries, any entries that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, that are plagiarised, offensive or otherwise deemed inappropriate by ANZ, and entries that don’t comply with these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid.

There are three (3) prizes which include:

• Two (2) hospitality passes for the Silver Ferns v Australia netball match on 18 October 2026 at Spark Arena, Auckland.
• Food and beverages as part of your hospitality ticket.

Each prize is for two people and must be taken together.

No substitution, transfer, exchange or cash alternative for any element of the prize will be available unless required by law.

The prize does not include:

• Transport to the match
• Any accommodation costs
• Any expenses not expressly stated as being included in the prize.

Any costs incurred beyond those specified in these terms and conditions are the responsibility of the prize winners and their guests.

We will randomly select three prize winners at 10am on Monday, 12 October 2026 that comply with these terms and conditions.

We will notify the prize winners by personal message on Facebook on Monday, 12 October 2026.

If we haven’t heard back from a prize winner within 24 hours of contacting them, their prize will be deemed forfeited and we will select a replacement winner.

The tickets will be provided electronically to each winner before the match.

All tickets are issued subject to Ticketmaster’s Ticket Terms and Conditions (‘Ticket Conditions’) which apply to the possession and use of tickets. The winner of the prize will be required to comply with the Ticket Conditions. 

We will hold all entrants’ personal information and may use such information to administer the Promotion.  You can access and correct personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

The winners take their prize entirely at their own risk and release ANZ from any claim, including damages, in connection with the Promotion or the prizes.  

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook from any liability arising in connection with the Promotion.

ANZ accepts no responsibility for any entries that fail to reach us by the closing date for any reason. 

Our decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We reserve the right to extend, discontinue or change the Promotion at any stage.
