Our terms and conditions
By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter and organiser of the Promotion is ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, whose registered address is ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland 1010 (‘ANZ’).
How to enter
The ANZ Two Homes shirt competition (the ‘Promotion’) commences at 9am on Monday 19 October 2026 and closes 11.59pm on Sunday 8 November 2026.
To enter, entrants must fill in the Win an ANZ Two Homes shirt form, also linked to from the ad on ANZ Aotearoa Facebook and Instagram.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents or citizens aged 18 or above. Employees of ANZ, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion aren’t eligible to enter. Entry is limited to one entry per person.
Incomplete or unreadable entries, any entries that infringe the intellectual property right of third parties, that are plagiarised, offensive or otherwise deemed inappropriate by ANZ, and entries that don’t comply with these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of ANZ.
The prizes
There are 250 prizes made up of 1 x shirt.
Where possible we will try and accommodate your requested size but this isn’t always possible.
The shirt design may vary to that shown in the image.
No substitution, transfer, exchange or cash alternative for any element of the prize will be available unless required by law.
Prize winner selection and notification
Winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received before each weekly draw. The final draw will take place after the Promotion closes. We will notify prize winners by email and if we haven’t heard back from a prize winner within 24 hours of contacting them, the prize will be deemed forfeited and we will select another winner. The shirts will be sent via courier to a New Zealand address only.
Your personal information
We will hold all entrants’ personal information and may use such information to administer the Promotion. You can access and correct personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
Your responsibilities
Each winner takes the prize entirely at their own risk and releases ANZ from any claim, including damages, in connection with the prize draw or the prize.
Our responsibilities
ANZ accepts no responsibility for any entries that fail to reach us by the closing date for any reason.
Our decisions on all matters regarding the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We reserve the right to extend, discontinue or change the prize draw at any stage.
