What is The Sauce?
The Sauce by ANZ™ is an insights tool developed by ANZ in collaboration with Dot Loves Data. The tool combines anonymised ANZ in-store card spend data, international cardholder spend at ANZ merchants, and government-verified data sources, to generate valuable insights.

- Estimated local vs out of town spend: Understand how much of the estimated spend on your industry and region comes from Local Customers vs Domestic and International Tourists.
- Estimated spend by suburb: See where people are spending in your industry through a comprehensive breakdown of estimated spend by suburb.
- Estimated spend by industry: Know what types of businesses customers are spending with and how your regional estimated spend breakdown compares to national benchmarks.
- Estimated spend by age group: Know who is spending on what with a comprehensive breakdown of estimated spend trends by age group.

The Sauce insights report is available to all small to medium ANZ Business customers. If you’re not a customer yet, it’s not too late to join ANZ.
