During weekends, some services may not be available at open branches. Please call us first to check.
Regional Banking Hubs
Some basic banking services are available at local banking hubs in Martinborough, Ōpōtiki, Twizel, Waimate and Whangamatā:
- Smart ATM: for cash withdrawals and note/coin deposits.
- iPads: to access our website and ANZ Internet Banking.
- Phones: to call our contact centre.
- Change machine: to change notes to coins.
- Book a Banker: a banking consultant is available one day a week to discuss your financial needs through video conferencing, and requires an appointment in advance. To make an appointment please contact the hub directly either in person, by email or by phone.
