Pip Dunphy (Chair)

Independent Non-Executive Director
B. Hort. Sci, CFA

Pip has worked as a non-executive director since 2006. Recent governance roles include gas and electricity transmission, funds management and healthcare. Current appointments are Abano Healthcare Group Ltd, Fonterra Shareholders Fund, Transpower New Zealand Ltd and Dangerous Goods Compliance Ltd.

Prior to this, Pip spent 20 plus years in the finance sectors in New Zealand. She held a range of different roles from financial markets, capital markets and investment banking.

Anna Molloy

Independent Non-Executive Director
BCom, BE

Anna has over fifteen years’ experience working with executives and directors in equity capital markets, investment management, private equity and business development. In 2017, she joined the NZX board as a Future Director for 18 months.

Anna has degrees in Commerce and Engineering from Auckland University and received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2003. Anna is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Peter Houghton

Independent Non-Executive Director

Peter has a background in international investment banking.  He spent the bulk of his career with J.P. Morgan in London.  Since relocating to New Zealand in 2010, he has specialized in governance and currently holds a number of non-executive directorships. 

Peter served as a member of the Financial Advisers Disciplinary Committee between 2010 and 2020.

Paul White

Non-Executive Director
BSc Hons (first class)

Paul has more than twenty years of international experience leading technology, operations and transformation in financial services. He is currently the Head of Wealth for ANZ in Australia. Prior to joining ANZ and relocating to Australia in 2014, he worked for HSBC for fourteen years in Switzerland and the UK. Paul has a degree in Computer Science.

Annis O’Brien

Divisional Financial Controller, New Zealand and Pacific
ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited

Annis leads the financial control function for ANZ's New Zealand and Pacific businesses, including responsibility for statutory and regulatory reporting obligations. Annis has extensive financial reporting and governance experience over more than 20 years, including executive roles within financial institutions in New Zealand, London, Hong Kong and the Cook Islands. She joined ANZ in 2010.

Annis is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ben Kelleher

Managing Director Retail & Business Banking
ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited
BMS (Hons), MMS

Ben was acting Managing Director, Retail and Business Banking for six months before being appointed to the role of Managing Director, Retail and Business Banking. Prior to that, he was General Manager, Auckland and Northland, for Retail and Business Banking.

In his seven years at ANZ, he has also led the Private Bank team and Strategy team. He has held a number of strategy, analyst and project manager roles in New Zealand and abroad.

Ben has a Masters in Management, Finance and Economics with Distinction, and a First Class Honours bachelor degree, from the University of Waikato.
