Before you apply

It always pays to be prepared - so here's what you'll need when you apply:

Your income – includes salary / wages, dividends, commission, rental income etc.

Your expenses – includes basic living costs (rent, food, utilities, etc), student loans, interest on hire purchase, credit cards, insurance premiums – and don’t forget entertainment and holidays.

Your deposit – how much cash or equity can you put towards the deposit? (If you have a low or no deposit, check out our special options for first home buyers).
