Our personal banking division plays a critical role in delivering great products and services for our customers. That could be helping people in one of our branches, helping create products to make banking easier, delivering expert advice to customers or providing support to those teams who do.

We’re reinventing banking and need people with curiosity and imagination to design what banking could and should be for our customers, so we can play an even more valuable role in our communities.


Our Customer Service Operations team does mahi at the heart of ANZ New Zealand, supporting both colleagues and customers across the Personal, Business and Institutional sectors.

Their mahi is to support our customers’ financial wellbeing, to help them achieve their financial aspirations and protect them against financial crime and fraud.

Roles include:

  • Lending Specialists
  • Lending Fulfilment Officers 
  • Customer Financial Wellbeing.

Branch, Contact Centre and Mobile Lending teams

  • Business – helping our communities grow sustainably by supporting local businesses with their Personal and Business Lending needs.

Private banking

Our award winning ANZ Private team supports our high net worth customers with their banking, investment and lending needs. We build lasting relationships by working with clients to achieve their financial and personal goals. Private bank is also home to our ANZ Investment advice team of qualified advisers who help customers with their investment goals.

Like our client base, our team is based across New Zealand working in offices and remotely.


The Products team works across our Home loan, Business loan, Everyday banking and Pacific portfolios. Their aim is to develop and manage products that make banking convenient, personalised and connected.
