About our strategy
Our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy is built around three core pillars:
- Inclusive leadership
- Inclusive culture
- Inclusive careers.
This strategy reflects our ambition to lead a workforce that reflects the growing diversity of Aotearoa, and a workplace where every single person has a sense of belonging at ANZ.
Why is EDI important to us at ANZ?
We know that when we focus on driving a more inclusive culture at ANZ, and have a range of diverse perspectives, we will:

Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy represents some important values for ANZ Aotearoa – values which define the way we aim to interact with our customers and build our team and culture.
I’m excited to be part of a business which prioritises inclusivity, and places such high value on having diverse representation and views at all levels.
I strongly believe that decisions made with a broad set of perspectives are more informed decisions. Likewise, I believe our people here at ANZ should reflect the customers we work for and the communities we’re a part of.
