You can access your Business Current account anytime, the way that suits you - online, over the phone, via EFTPOS, at ATMs or in person at your local branch.

No monthly account fees for two years

Pay no transaction and monthly account fees on your ANZ Business Current account for two years through our Business Start-up package if you’re in the first two years of business—.

Non-profits

Non-profit organisations may be exempt from paying certain fees on an ANZ Business Premium Current account. Call us on 0800 269 249 to find out more.

Unless otherwise advised to you, the following rates and fees apply to the ANZ Business Current Account.

If approved, the final step is confirming your personal information. See Acceptable forms of ID and address verification.

Self-employed (sole trader)

To verify your identity and address in goMoney, you'll need:

  • To be aged 18+
  • Proof of identity, e.g. New Zealand passport or driver licence 
  • IRD number if you have one
  • Proof of your residential address in New Zealand, e.g. recent bank statement or electricity bill. 

If you don’t meet these requirements, please call us.

Company, partnership or trust

We’ll contact you to book a branch visit. Please bring information about your business, such as: 

  • Tax residency information
  • Who owns the business, including acceptable ID and proof of address for each key individual.

We’ll send you a full list in your confirmation email.
