If, after clarification, you want to dispute the transaction, complete this form, scan it and email it to anzdisputes@anz.com. If you need help completing the form, please call us and we can assist you.

Replacing expiring cards

We’ll send a replacement card before it expires.

Employees cards are delivered to the New Zealand business address and must be able to receive standard mail.

If you prefer courier delivery to a physical address, this can be arranged for an additional fee. You can send a request to update your address through ANZ Direct Online, Transactive Global or by calling us.

If cardholders are overseas

If your business is in New Zealand but some cardholders are overseas, replacement cards will still be sent to your New Zealand business address. The business is responsible for forwarding cards to any cardholders who live overseas permanently.

If a cardholder is temporarily overseas when their card is due for replacement, they can:

  • Request an early reissue before travelling
  • Have the business forward the replacement card to them overseas
  • Collect the card when they return to New Zealand.

Using the new card

Cardholders will have access to a digital card in goMoney and Internet Banking and can use their new card as soon as you receive it. You will need to cut up and dispose of their old card.
