Our programme is split into two pathways:

  • The first focuses on specific skillset knowledge that people want to grow.
  • The second is a rotational programme where you can explore many aspects of technology and develop a more rounded skill set.

We believe that everyone should have equal opportunities, and the programme is not limited to people with tertiary education.

Continuous learning

Learn the ins and outs of working in a collaborative environment. Learn from others not in your team through our lunch and learn sessions or a number of workshops.

Project work

Contribute on projects that will make a difference. We’ll match you up with a team and get you involved in projects from day one.

Get exposure

Work alongside industry professionals, gain first hand exposure to different aspects of the bank. You’ll get to learn what other interns in your cohort are working on through our show and tell sessions.

Flexibility

With a 37.5 hour work week, you won’t be restricted to a 9 to 5, with flexible start and end times. Chat with your team and figure out what hours everyone works.
