How to join ANZ

Moving your banking to ANZ

We can help

To help with switching your banking to ANZ, we can transfer your balances and payments from your current New Zealand bank to ANZ, and close your current accounts if you’d like.

Once you’ve opened an account, simply call us on 0800 269 296 to arrange a visit to any ANZ branch, let us know which balances and payments you’d like to transfer and we’ll take care of the rest.

Prefer to do it yourself?

Our guide covers how to move your banking to ANZ yourself, including how to update payments, direct debits and more.
