How it works
If you have a personal ANZ Visa Debit or credit card and the goMoney app, you’re automatically enrolled in ANZ Loop – there’s no signup needed.
1. Check your offers
See your personalised cashback offers in goMoney in Cards > Cashback offers and check the details before you spend.
2. Spend with your card
You don’t need to activate the offer. Simply pay for eligible purchases with your personal ANZ Visa Debit or credit card as usual with the participating partner—.
3. Get cashback
Once you’ve made an eligible purchase, cashback is paid straight into your card account, usually in two to seven days—.

Before you spend
Check the details of your offer in goMoney:
- Offers could apply to transactions made in store, online, or both
- For in-store purchases:
• Visa Debit payments must be made using contactless (Apple Pay— and Google Pay™ — are accepted). Offers aren’t valid if you insert your Visa Debit and select cheque or savings.
• Credit cards payments can be contactless or made by inserting your card and selecting credit. - There may be other spend or purchase requirements you’ll need to meet, including the time period for the offer.
Payments made through third‑party services like PayPal or Afterpay aren’t eligible.
If the offer criteria aren’t met, cashback won’t be paid, so checking before you spend helps make sure you don’t miss out.

ANZ Loop offers are only issued in goMoney. Never click external links or accept offers presented outside the goMoney app.

Opting out
You can opt out of ANZ Loop at any time, but you can’t opt out of individual cashback offers. In goMoney, simply go to the Cashback offers menu and select Opt out.
Once you opt out, you won’t receive any cashback that hasn’t already been paid, even if you meet the criteria for an offer.
If you want to opt back in at any time, you’ll need to call us on 0800 269 296.
