To complete year-end tax procedures, our registry system will be closed on Monday 3 April and Tuesday 4 April.
Transactions received on 31 March, 3 April and 4 April will be processed on Wednesday 5 April. Thank you for your understanding.
We expect to mail all Tax Certificates and Account Statements to customers by 31 May 2017.

Transfers from Australia to New Zealand
If your Australian provider does not have their own transfer form, please use the following form to transfer your Australian superannuation to your KiwiSaver account.

Regulations that govern Trans-Tasman Portability statutory declarations have changed to make it easier for you to transfer your Australian super to New Zealand. Now you are allowed to complete a New Zealand statutory declaration, and have it witnessed by a New Zealand witness.
If your Australian provider has their own application, but does not have their own New Zealand statutory declaration, please use the following statutory declaration to transfer your Australian superannuation to your KiwiSaver account.
ANZ Smart Choice Super
If you're transferring your Australian superannuation from ANZ Smart Choice Super to your ANZ Default KiwiSaver Scheme account, please use the following form:
Please wait until all your Australian funds are transferred to ANZ Smart Choice Super before completing this final step to transfer your funds to your KiwiSaver account. Once your funds are transferred from ANZ Smart Choice Super your account will be closed.
Transfers from New Zealand to Australia
Before applying to transfer your KiwiSaver savings, we recommend that you contact the trustee of your Australian complying superannuation scheme to check if they are accepting transfers of KiwiSaver savings and what their specific requirements are. We are currently only aware of a limited number of Australian providers who will accept KiwiSaver transfers. Please call us on 0800 736 034 for more information.
