Whether you want to buy a house, save for your retirement, or just make it simpler to manage your money day-to-day, an A-Z Review is about making your banking work for you.

What does it involve?

  • Understanding what’s important to you. We want to get to know you and what’s important to you, so we can understand how to help you achieve your goals. 
  • Reviewing how you bank. Everyone forms different banking habits over the years. A few changes to the way you organise your banking could make a real difference. We can make it easier to consolidate your banking, streamline your accounts or explore better ways to manage debt.
  • Identifying options to suit you. Once we understand your lifestyle, aspirations and future plans, we’ll work with you to help identify where your current banking arrangements may work more efficiently to help you achieve your goals.

How is this different from financial planning?

During your A-Z Review our Personal Banker will discuss your current and future banking needs. If you require personal advice on matters such as building your investments or preparing yourself for retirement, we can organise a time that is convenient for you to meet with an ANZ Investment Adviser.


Who will have the conversation with me?

We have Personal Bankers available in branch. They will discuss your current financial situation; including products you have with us and with other financial institutions, your plans for the future and ways to optimise your banking.


What are the outcomes?

This one-on-one discussion will help you identify solutions that may suit you better. Following your A-Z Review you will have an individual plan based on your current banking and future goals.


What do I need to bring?

Any information about your current banking, including statements and documents from your existing bank accounts, both ANZ and non-ANZ accounts can be helpful too.


How long does it take?

The review is straightforward, and should help you with your next financial decisions. Your discussion should take approximately 20-40 minutes.


What if I'm not currently an ANZ customer?

An A-Z Review is not just for existing ANZ customers; we offer this complimentary, obligation free review to all non-customers as well.
