Temporary block

If you have misplaced your card but think you know where it is and know that it hasn’t been lost or stolen, you can place a temporary block on your EFTPOS, Visa Debit or personal credit card. However, this does not report your card as lost or stolen. If your card is lost or stolen, you must contact us immediately.

It's easy to block and unblock your card using ANZ Internet Banking or goMoney. If using Internet Banking, just look for 'Manage cards' under 'Your settings', or in goMoney you'll find it under services. You can also call us on 0800 269 296 to unblock your card. Decrease your card limit

Card Tracker (goMoney only)

See a list of retailers and service providers who may be storing your ANZ Visa Debit or credit card details. You’ll be able to view subscriptions and casual payments charged to your card, and see who might need your new details when you get a replacement card. Read about Card Tracker.
