Hertz Customer Discount Programme (CDP) Terms and Conditions

a. The correct Customer Discount Code (CDP) must be quoted at the time of reservation.

b. Minimum rental period of 1 rental day applies with a maximum 10% discount applied to the daily rate (time and kilometre) charge only.

c. Offer available at participating Hertz locations in New Zealand.

d. A twenty-nine (29) minute grace period is allowed for returns. Returns outside the grace period will be charged up to an extra rental day fee.

e. Offer excludes taxes, fees, optional products and services, fuel, additional charges such as airport taxes and sundry fees and the GST that applies to these charges.

f. This offer may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount promotion, special offer or coupon.

g. Offer does not apply to contract, tours, government or insurance replacement rentals.

h. Offer does not apply to Prepaid (Pay Now) rates.

i. Vehicle models may differ and specifications may vary by location. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular car model or colour. Fleet subject to change without notice.

j. All bookings are subject to Hertz standard terms and conditions, rental agreement, driver, rental and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of vehicle rental.

k. Special conditions may apply. Customer Discount Programme (CDP) terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time.

Rydges Terms and Conditions

a. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking.

b. All guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up until 2pm the day prior to arrival.

c. Reservations not guaranteed may be released by the hotel at any time. Should this occur, the guest will be notified by the hotel.

d. Any cancellations after 2pm the day prior to arrival or unfulfilled reservations will be charged the full amount of the booking.

e. Rates are per room per night for up to 2 people.

f. Rates are subject to availability and restrictions on room types and length of stay may be applied during peak or special event periods.

g. If guests elect to pay their hotel account by credit card or other card using a credit payment facility, Rydges reserves the right to charge a 2% credit card transaction fee to cover its associated administrative costs.

h. Rates may not be valid for 10 or more travellers.
