If you have lost your credit card, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist.

Cancel your card online or call us immediately

If your card has been lost or stolen, you can cancel your card and order a replacement card if required in ANZ Internet Banking or goMoney (under 'Manage Cards').
