If you have lost your credit card, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist. Cards can be blocked and a new one ordered if required.
Cancel your card online or call us immediately
Cancel online
If your card has been lost or stolen, you can cancel your card and order a replacement card if required in ANZ Internet Banking or goMoney (under 'Manage Cards').

If you are overseas call us immediately, so we can assist you.
