Security
Visa Zero Liability
Visa’s Zero Liabilitydisclaimer policy means you’re not liable for unauthorised transactions on your card, provided you haven’t contributed to the loss in any way and you notify us within a reasonable time if your card is lost or stolen.
Fraud monitoring
ANZ’s fraud monitoring system helps to identify suspicious purchasing activity on your card account. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we’ll try to contact you to confirm the transaction. If we can’t contact you, we’ll make a decision on whether we need to block your account until we can reach you.
Lost or stolen cards
If you have lost your credit card, you can cancel your card and order a replacement one if required in ANZ Internet Banking or goMoney (under 'Manage Cards') or by calling us.

Back to topA year is based on either the 12 month period from the date your card was issued, or if it was issued prior to 1 April 2015, then from 1 April each year. Lounge eVouchers will be awarded in the month after you have spent $30,000. For example, if you reach $30,000 spend in your June credit card statement, you should expect the lounge eVouchers in July.
You will be notified of the complimentary lounge eVouchers when you sign in at the Air New Zealand website. If Air New Zealand have your email address they'll also endeavour to notify you by email. The lounge eVouchers will be loaded onto the Primary Account Holder's Airpoints account - so make sure that you use your Airpoints number when booking your flight.
