Contactless payments
Simply tap your card on the terminal when instructed. For purchases over NZ$80 you will need to enter your card PIN. As the card never leaves your hands, it’s the quick and secure way to pay for purchases.

You can use this card to pay with your compatible device with Apple Paydisclaimer or Google Pay™disclaimer.
Rewarding you with cash back
Cash rewards
- Spend between $5,000 and $9,999 and get 0.5% cash back – e.g. spend $9,000, get $45.
- Spend between $10,000 and $30,000 and get 1.0% cash back – e.g. spend $30,000, get $300.
- Your CashBack year runs for a 12 month period from the date of the first purchase transaction.
- You qualify for a CashBack Reward by spending $5,000 or more on eligible purchases1 during the year. The more you spend on your card (up to $30,000 per year), the more cash you get back.
- Cash advances and the purchase of cash substitutes (e.g. travellers' cheques), gambling transactions and business related expenditure will not qualify as eligible purchases for a CashBack Reward.
- The CashBack Reward will be credited to your CashBack card account on the date of your next statement, following the anniversary of your first eligible purchase on your account. Details of the amount credited will appear on that statement.

Security
Visa Zero Liability
Visa’s Zero Liabilitydisclaimer policy means you’re not liable for unauthorised transactions on your card, provided you haven’t contributed to the loss in any way and you notify us within a reasonable time if your card is lost or stolen.
Fraud monitoring
ANZ’s fraud monitoring system helps to identify suspicious purchasing activity on your card account. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we’ll try to contact you to confirm the transaction. If we can’t contact you, we’ll make a decision on whether we need to block your account until we can reach you.
Lost or stolen cards
If you have lost your credit card, you can cancel your card and order a replacement one if required in ANZ Internet Banking or goMoney (under 'Manage Cards') or by calling us.

Pay using your compatible device with Apple Paydisclaimer or Google Pay™disclaimer(for personal ANZ Visa credit and ANZ Visa Debit cards only) anywhere you can tap and pay.
Payment convenience
Easy to manage and make payments to your credit card via ANZ Internet Banking, ANZ goMoney, at ATMs, over the phone or at any ANZ branch – it’s your choice.
Manage your card online
Temporarily block your card, manage your card PIN and report and replace lost or stolen cards with ANZ Card Manager.

- Valid proof of identification
