  • Covers loss or damage to your home from sudden and accidental events up to your sum insured.
  • Temporary accommodation if you can’t live in your home because it’s uninhabitable due to loss or damage.
  • An extra $2,000 if your house is mortgaged with ANZ and suffers a total loss covered by the policy. 

Landlord's extension

Insurance provided by Vero

  • Landlord’s extension can be added as an optional extra to your home insurance, to cover each self-contained dwelling unit you tell us about.
  • Cover for accidental loss or malicious damage to the home, theft of any fixtures and fittings, including specific landlord’s appliances and furnishings (as defined in the policy wording). 
  • Cover for loss of rent.

  • Cover for your possessions if they’re accidentally lost, damaged or stolen.
  • Up to $3,000 for gradual damage to your contents caused by leaks from internal water pipes.
  • You can specify items (like jewellery, bicycles and photographic equipment) for a higher amount if you need more cover than the item limit.

Car

  • Choose from Comprehensive, Third Party, Fire and Theft, or Third Party Only cover.
  • Legal liability cover if you accidentally damage someone’s vehicle or property or cause bodily injury to another person.
  • Optional extras are available, such as 24-hour Roadside Assistance and Excess-free windscreen and window glass replacement.
