Lost or stolen cards and emergency assistance
If you’ve lost your ANZ credit, ANZ Visa Debit or EFTPOS card, you should immediately cancel it online or by calling us.
Misplaced, not lost or stolen
If you think your card is temporarily misplaced, not necessarily lost, stolen or compromised, you can put a temporary block on it. This doesn’t cancel the card, and you can remove the block once the card is found.
Cancelled cards in Apple Pay or Google Pay™
Cards reported as lost or stolen are suspended in Apple Pay— and Google Pay— and are automatically reactivated when a replacement is issued. This means you can start using your replacement card in Google Pay or Apple Pay before the physical card arrives.
