Great leaders and great leadership are part of the way we do things around here. We want our staff to be inspired and managed effectively. As one of New Zealand's financial leaders we focus on leadership excellence at every level of the organisation, and support our leaders in building high performance teams.
Our leaders know what is expected of them. A comprehensive leadership learning curriculum and our leadership talent programmes make sure we are growing and supporting future leaders. We partner with international institutions on our leadership programmes and work closely with the ANZ brands to implement our global leadership capability strategy.
- Different personalities, shared values
Just as we have diversity in our brands and businesses, you will notice a different feel across our organisation. Each area has its own unique personality, while working within a framework of shared business goals and values. Although we are a family of different brands, our shared values unite us. Recent recognition of our achievements in Diversity and Inclusion
ANZ NZ are proud recipients of the 2016 White Camellia Supreme Award, which celebrates organisational commitment to the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). A UN Women and UN Global Compact initiative, the White Camellia Award recognises our overall commitment to improving gender equality in our workplace and the pragmatic approach we are taking to empower women.
In August 2014 ANZ first received accreditation into the Rainbow Tick programme, and we have continued with this annual accreditation. This demonstrates that ANZ welcomes diversity and inclusiveness and values the contribution of its talented LGBTI staff to the success of our organisation.
