What to expect during the ANZ selection process.
1. Apply for role
Express your interest and let us know through our application portal.
2. Phone interview
Be prepared, this is usually the first step towards a face-to-face interview and will help assess your communication skills and motivation.
3. Interview
We’ll find out more about you by inviting you to participate in an interview to chat about what you’ve learnt, accomplished and experienced.
4. Pre-employment checks
These checks are mandatory for all our new employees.
We offer a range of opportunities to interns and graduates to help kick-start your career.
1. Online application
We want to find out more about you and why you want to work at ANZ.
2. Online assessment
You’ll then be invited to complete a 45-minute online assessment.
3. Face-to-face assessment
Finally, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre to complete a variety of activities or an interview.
4. Offers made
If successful, we’ll ask you to join our team.
